Sponsorship

Conference Objective

The over-riding objective of the conference is to stimulate debate and research consistent with building and strengthening partnerships across the spectrum of stakeholders. The conference programme is being formulated in the spirit of advancing cohesiveness and informing longer-term development, lifting the sector's prominence and performance, and highlighting the role of strata and community title structures in the delivery of more sustainable outcomes in urban living.

Why be a sponsor?

As the national demand for community living in apartment complexes, town houses, duplexes and villas continues to escalate, the Strata and Community Title in Australia for the 21st Century II 2007 Conference will bring together the who's who of this booming industry.

Conference sponsorship will raise the national profile of your organisation in the strata and community title industry in Australia. As a sponsor you can -

  • Demonstrate your continuing commitment to the development of the community and strata title industry in Australia.
  • Gain national comprehensive and successful marketing results for your organisation through the conference marketing strategy.
  • Establish and maintain a high profile in a valuable target market before, during and as a result of the conference.
  • Take advantage of a unique opportunity for networking and consolidation of business alliances with industry representatives from all around Australia.

Sponsorship participation is not only an excellent opportunity to promote your organisation, products and services to the people that you want to reach, it is a legitimate tax deduction.

Note: Any surplus generated by the conference from delegate and sponsorship revenue will be assigned to research into strata and community title management issues.

Gold Sponsor ($15,000) entitlements:

  • Six (6) VIP complimentary fulltime registrations.
  • Either:
    • two (2) standard 3m x 2m trade booths for the duration of the conference (22-24 August),

      OR

    • two nights "Ocean View" room accommodation and breakfast for six delegates on the nights of 22 and 23 August,

      OR

    • one (1) standard 3m x 2m trade booth and two nights "Ocean View" room accommodation and breakfast for three delegates on the nights of 22 and 23 August.
  • A banner (larger than silver sponsor banner) bearing the sponsor's logo will be erected in a prominent area at the:
    • Conference Welcome Function
    • Conference Plenary Theatre Room (for the duration of the conference)
    • Conference Dinner
  • Corporate logo (presented in a way that distinguishes from silver sponsors) with hyperlink where indicated with a '*' published in the:
    • Conference Promotional Brochure (published on website)
    • Conference Program distributed to delegates at conference
    • Conference CD distributed to delegates
    • Conference Website (*)
    • Conference Registration Form
    • Conference E-Campaign Broadcast (*)
    • Conference Satchel
    • Conference Marketing Briefs (eg articles, editorials where possible).
  • Corporate 100-word brief with full contact details on the:
    • Conference Program distributed to delegates at conference
    • Conference CD distributed to delegates
  • One full page colour advertisement (artwork supplied) published in the conference program distributed to delegates at conference
  • Satchel insert of two (2) organisational materials plus corporate gift
  • Six (6) VIP complimentary tickets to the:
    • Welcome Function
    • Conference Dinner
  • Access to participants list 4 weeks prior to conference and updated listing provided weekly prior to the conference.
  • Opportunity to direct mail to registered participants 3 weeks prior to the conference (via the Conference Secretariat, incidentals charged to the sponsor).
  • Public acknowledgement of the sponsors by the Conference Chair will be provided on each day of the conference.

Silver Sponsor ($7,500) entitlements:

  • (3) VIP complimentary fulltime registrations.
  • Either:
    • one (1) complimentary 3 x 2m trade booth for the duration of the conference (22-24 August),

      OR

    • two nights "Ocean View" room accommodation and breakfast for three (3) delegates on the nights of 22 and 23 August.
  • A banner bearing the sponsor's logo will be erected in a prominent area at the:
    • Conference Welcome Function
    • Conference Plenary Theatre Room (for the duration of the conference)
    • Conference Dinner
  • Corporate logo (with hyperlink where indicated with a ‘*’) published in the:
    • Conference Promotional Brochure (published on website)
    • Conference Program distributed to delegates at conference
    • Conference CD distributed to delegates
    • Conference Website (*)
    • Conference E-Campaign Broadcast (*)
    • Conference Satchel
    • Conference Marketing Briefs (eg articles, editorials where possible)
  • Corporate 50-word brief with full contact details on the:
    • Conference Program distributed to delegates at conference
    • Conference CD distributed to delegates
  • One half page colour advertisement (artwork supplied) published in the conference program distributed to delegates at conference
  • Satchel insert of one (1) organisational material/collateral
  • Three (3) VIP complimentary tickets to the:
    • Welcome Function
    • Conference Dinner
  • Public acknowledgement of the sponsors by the Conference Chair will be provided on each day of the conference.

Trade Booth Sponsor $3,000

There are a limited number of trade booths available. Booth details:

  • 3m x 2m booth (3m x 2m booths 2.4m high covered in Black or Silver/Grey velcro compatible frontrunner material)
  • 3m x 2.4m high back wall
  • 1.8m x 2.4m high side walls on closed sides
  • 290mm high fascia boards on open sides
  • 1 x company signage on open sides (up to 28 characters on white coreflute panel)
  • 2 x 150 watt spot lights
  • 1 x 4 amp general-purpose outlet.

Additional trade booth sponsor support:

  • Furniture & Upgrades - a full support service to all exhibitors requiring furniture, flooring, signage, upgrades or plant requirements is available to all trade booth clients. For furniture and any other upgrades, all equipment can be ordered by contacting the conference secretariat on (07) 3257 3920.

Conditions of sponsorship

Sponsorship contributes to the planning, marketing, publicity, operation of the conference and subsidises the day to day cost of management, communication, invited presenters, program and conference materials. Acknowledgement of the sponsors facilitates sponsorship promotion and publicity. Entertainment incidentals by the conference are not sponsored and therefore all sponsorship funding should be tax deductible. Sponsorship quoted is in Australian dollars and includes GST.
