Call for Posters

We will accept poster presentations from registered particpants at any time until July 30th 2007. This will allow us to ensure posters are directed to the correct poster session and that adequate display space is available.

Poster presentations that were not submitted as extended abstracts cannot be included in the Symposium Proceedings however we will include a pamphlet of abstracts from the late poster presentations in the Symposium satchel.

June 15th 2007              - Final date for payment to guarantee accommodation at Australis Noosa Lakes Resort (recommended accommodation)
Post June 15th 2007     - Late payment fee of $100

Venue

ISFS2007 will be held at the Australis Noosa Lakes Resort at Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Australis Noosa Lakes is a self-contained conference facility. We have negotiated special rates for accommodation, a Studio Suite is AUD$120 inc GST and a One Bedroom Apartment is AUD$140 inc GST (room only).  The One Bedroom Apartment is suitable for sharing with separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living area. Please indicate on the booking form if you are sharing. We have also negotiated the same rates for anyone wishing to stay extra nights to enjoy Noosa and the surrounding area.

Noosa is regarded as one of the foremost tourist destinations in Australia. It is situated about 150 kms north of Brisbane, with easy access to the world heritage listed Fraser Island and the sun-drenched Sunshine Coast.
