Poster Presentations

We will accept poster presentations from registered participants at any time until July 30th 2007. This will allow us to ensure posters are directed to the correct poster session and that adequate display space is available.

Poster presentations that were not submitted as extended abstracts cannot be included in the Symposium Proceedings however we will include a pamphlet of abstracts from the late poster presentations in the Symposium satchel.

Preparation of Posters

Please keep posters to within the A0 size (841mm x 1189mm), this is normally the maximum size for poster printers. Preferably posters should be in portrait orientation to allow us to fit 2 per display board. If you really need to have your poster in landscape please tell us, then we can make sure there are enough boards. A4 handouts of posters are encouraged.

Poster Sessions

Poster session times are given in the programme, please be prepared to spend at least one hour with your poster and prepare a brief introduction as we will be visiting each poster in turn at the start of the session.
