Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat
- Cancellations received prior to 2 November, 2009 will receive a full refund
- Cancellation requests received after this date will not be refunded
- Substitute delegates will be accepted and must be advised in writing
Bursaries
Registration
GIHMR Registration bursaries may be available for Health group staff and RHD students to cover registration costs (not accommodation), subject to approval by the Conference Secretariat. To be considered for a registration bursary registrations must be accompanied by an abstract in accordance with abstract guidelines, and submitted by 16 October.
Accommodation
Take the opportunity to network all night long. In addition to the GIHMR registration bursaries available to Health group staff and RHD students, some Schools and Research Programs are also providing accommodation bursaries. Generally, to be eligible for registration and accommodation bursaries, you will need to submit an abstract by the due date.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held on Thursday 3 December. Additional tickets now CLOSED.
