Registration

Conference registration (Doc 183k) includes all sessions and refreshments as well as attendance at the Conference dinner on 4 December and lunch on 4 and 5 December.

$180 per person
One Day fee
$75

Conference bursaries will be available for Health group staff and students to cover registration costs (not accommodation), subject to approval by the Conference Secretariat.

Abstracts must be emailed to learne.brown@griffith.edu.au before 13 November, 2008 strictly in accordance with the abstract guidelines (Doc 31k).

Deadline

The registration deadline for this conference is 13 November 2008.

Any cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 13 November 2008 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 13 November 2008 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted and must be advised in writing.
