We want to assure you that information about you that is shared with us will not be passed or sold to any person or organisation for marketing purposes. By submitting your registration you are accepting the practices described below in Privacy Notice, Refund and Cancellation, and Communication.
We store the information you provide to us (via any method) for the purposes of responding to requests, communicating with you and fulfilling your conference requirements.
We are not in the business of selling customer information to others. Other companies or individuals may be asked to perform functions on our behalf such as preparing and sending conference documentation, booking accommodation or processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but they may not use it for other purposes. We may release account information if required by law. Disputes over privacy are subject to this notice including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of California. We will try to resolve any concerns you have regarding privacy if you contact us with a description of your concern.
Registration fees are payable to MARIAH CORPORATION.
A full refund will be given for cancellations on or before November 1, 2004. An administration fee of US$160.00 will be charged for cancellations after November 1. The full registration fee will be charged for delegates who do not attend the conference and fail to cancel prior to December 10, 2004.
Alternative delegates may be substituted in lieu of cancellation.
All cancellations must be received by Martin Lack & Associates in writing by mail or facsimile.
By submitting your registration online, you acknowledge that email will be used to communicate with conference delegates. Upon registration, you will be added to the conference mailing list. You may unsubscribe from the list by sending a blank email to: info@mlaa.com.au with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
