Selection Process for Invited Speakers to the International Roundtable

As indicated at the International Forums, in addition to the keynote speakers, up to 12 participants from the e-Agenda Forums will be invited to give presentations at the International Roundtable.

The selection of the invited speakers is based on:

Participant's availability
Feedback regarding participant's presentations / papers from the Forum Co-hosts and Organising Committees (Asia-Pacific, European and North American) as well as general feedback from Forum participants
Achieving the right mix of sector representation – education (all segments), industry/corporate and government
Achieving the right mix or balance of topics (as identified from the participants issues and abstracts).

Note: As appropriate, where Forum participants collaborated to prepare a joint abstract, the author/participants will be asked to nominate the lead person for the collaboration.

The selection process was undertaken by members of the e-Agenda 2004 Executive Council. Input was also sought from the Roundtable Organising Committee.

The list of invited speakers to the Roundtable has now been finalised been posted on the Roundtable section of the e-Agenda website. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this process, particularly those who submitted abstracts.
