Venue

The venue for the conference is the Brisbane Convention Centre and the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, at South Bank, the cultural precinct of Brisbane, situated just across the river from the city centre. The South Bank area houses the state's cultural institutions and features gardens and lawns situated on the river. The Streets Beach, a popular inner-city swimming area and Little Stanley Street, a cosmopolitan strip of cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique retail outlets are just some of the attractions of South Bank. The area is well known for its relaxed atmosphere and offers delegates the opportunity to swim, walk, ride, eat or see a show after a day of conference activities.

Brisbane is also the perfect hub for exploring Southeast Queensland, including the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, should delegates decide to extend their conference stay.
