Certificate programs
An alternative study pathway
Griffith University is committed to equity and social justice.
Many people do not qualify for the opportunity to pursue university studies through the traditional channels but are very successful when given the opportunity to take an alternative pathway.
Whether you are a current Year 12 school leaver or have left school some time ago, you may apply for admission to a non-award, continuing education certificate program at Griffith.
Griffith’s continuing education certificate programs offer the freedom to continue your quest for knowledge by offering a smarter way to learn and delivering a whole new experience in the pursuit of achieving your academic and personal goals. These goals may include:
- upgrading your current OP/UAI/Rank for entry to Griffith degree programs
- continuing your higher education
- pursuing your professional interests
- advancing your professional and vocational training
The Griffith advantage
Griffith's continuing education certificate programs offer the following benefits:
- part-time study load
- mainstream lecture attendance, study load and assessment
- experience the Griffith environment and services
- ease of Bachelor transition via QTAC/UAC
- full credit towards related Griffith degrees
- Griffith certificate of completion issued upon successful completion
