Teamwork debriefing

Debriefing, and reflecting on the team experience can be a valuable part of the learning experience.

  1. Be objective - focus on overall team performance and processes in relation to achieving outcomes, not on individual team member's particular strengths or weaknesses.

  1. Identify the team's strengths and weaknesses and things to improved, not the person's.
