Become a contact on our Workplace Contact List
The Griffith University Workplace Contact List links Griffith students with experienced professionals for help with career and employment issues via short, one-off contacts.
Issues on which students could seek assistance include:
- Graduate career paths within an organisation or professional field
- Type of work involved in a role
- Skills and experience required for a particular field or profession
- Gaining experience through paid or unpaid work
- Information about an organisation or industry
- Referral to other relevant contacts within the field or profession
If you wish to participate, register specifying the number of contacts you would accept per year and providing a short statement of your work experience. Students may then access details of your experience from the List website.
Students are required to agree to privacy and etiquette provisions before they can obtain your email address. (If you do not wish to make your email address available, we can make alternative arrangements to enable you to participate).
A student may then send you an email, outlining a query and you respond, at your convenience, by email or by phone.
