Griffith University is proud to host its Volunteer Experience Fairs in August each year. The 2011 Fairs will held at:
  • 11am - 2pm Wednesday 10 August, Nathan campus
  • 11am - 2pm Monday 15 August, Gold Coast campus
  • Cost:    Free

More than 40,000 students (PDF 36k) currently study at Griffith and the Fairs offer you the opportunity to speak to a large number of potential volunteers with skills in a wide range of areas including:

  • Arts, theatre and music
  • Business, marketing, HR
  • Education
  • Environment and conservation
  • Health
  • Information technology
  • Sport management, hospitality and tourism
  • Youth and Community
  • And many more…..
Volunteering also offers our students a great opportunity to develop their skills through work experience in organisations which contribute greatly to the richness and quality of life in our community.

We will provide you with a booth, table, chairs, lunch and parking.  You will need to provide staff to manage your booth between 11am and 2pm, a number of volunteering opportunities with your organisation that are suitable for students, as well as some promotional material and information to hand out to interested students.

Places are limited and available to not-for -profit organisations only. Bookings are essential.  Click here to download the registration form (PDF 61k) and register before Monday 4 July.
