Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

The Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is designed to equip graduates with specialised knowledge of the key issues involved in the effective and efficient coordination of logistics and supply chain management in a sustainable business context.

The program will improve the knowledge of managers with a focus on the strategic management of the supply chain and the sustainable management of logistics.

Students will develop the confidence to manage relationships and information flows, effectively meet customers' needs and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. They will gain an understanding of the critical importance of effective management at each node in the supply chain, and the legal aspects of procurement in the Australian public and private sectors.

The Griffith Business School also focuses on corporate social responsibility so students will gain knowledge critical to the management of sustainable business.

The course will be delivered in intensive three-day workshops held twice during the semester at the South Bank campus. These sessions will be supported by individual study and group work.

Students who have completed the Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Change Management (3229) may be eligible for up to the equivalent of four courses of credit towards the Master of Business Administration.
