Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations

The Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations is available at our Nathan campus. It takes 6 months full-time or 1 year part-time (40 credit points). You may enrol in the Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations in Semester 1 (February) or Semester 2 (July).

Program structure

In order to complete the Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations students must complete four courses (40 credit points) from the following list of core courses:

  • Australian Employment Relations
  • Workplace Industrial Relations
  • Equal Employment Opportunity Practice and Law
  • Human Resources Learning and Development
  • Negotiation and Dispute Resolution
  • Strategy and Human Resources
  • Regulation of the Employment Relationship
