- Business plans due for internal judging
- Monday 6 October
- Final date to submit business plans for internal judging round. A Business Plan Submission Form (DOC 161k) must accompany all business plans.
- Internal judging

- Business plans will be assessed and ranked by an internal judging panel selected by the Organising Committee, and up to six teams will progress to the final round. Read the Guidelines (PDF 54k) for more about the judging process.
- Workshop 6 (for finalists only): Presentation skills
- Wednesday 15 October
- This workshop is for finalists only. To be held from 5.00pm to 7.00pm at Nathan campus in building N18, Theatre 1.
- Presentation Day (external judging)
- Tuesday 21 October
- To be held from 9.30am to 4.30pm at Nathan campus, with oral presentations, questions and answers, and feedback.
- Awards Night (final judging)
- Thursday 23 October
- To be held from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Queensland College of Art Lecture Theatre and Dell Gallery Art Space, South Bank campus.
