We have joined with Leadership In Action, one of Australia's leading high-impact leadership training, development and implementation teams, to bring you a truly exceptional leadership program. Together we will help you expand your personal leadership skills and take your team to the highest possible performance level.
Phase one: Assessment
Measuring against our E3 Australian Leadership Effectiveness MatrixTM, your employees will provide feedback on your effectiveness in 49 critical frontline leadership competencies and behaviours. Strengths and weaknesses are identified, enabling customisation of phases two and three.
Phase two: Training
This next phase is our world-class four-day, highly interactive, 'immersive training' program. You and up to nine other executives will form as one team, to pursue and achieve critical time-based objectives in a resource-poor, time-poor, technically challenging environment. Through this unique program, you will be exposed to and practice E3 concepts in 'frontline leadership', whilst becoming viscerally aware of the need for quality leadership and teamwork when in adverse circumstances.
We guarantee you will return from this immersion equipped and mentally prepared to provide more effective 'frontline leadership' back in your business.
Phase three: Performance
Reinforcing the four-day immersive training program, the Mission NineTM coaching phase focuses on helping you implement the E3 skills, processes and methodologies learnt during The Effective E3 LeaderTM program back into your business. Over six months, you will attend a monthly 'subject-refreshers', and will then be tasked with putting that subject into practice within your business over the following four weeks. As well as the subject-refreshers, you will also receive an average of four hours per month of personal on-the-job coaching, focused on creating a nexus between your goals, the effectiveness assessments, and the learnings which occurred during the program. This final component ensures you are truly empowered to provide effective E3 frontline leadership.
