Asia Pacific Academy of Business in Society

Asia Pacific Academy of Business in Society provides a platform from which business, non-government organisations, academia and governments and other organisational networks can work collaboratively toward the understanding and establishment of a sustainable role for business in societies of the Asia Pacific region.

Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools

We are an active member of the Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools - whose primary purpose is to provide leadership and representation in order to advance the quality of business and management education in the Asia-Pacific region.

AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business

We are accredited members of AACSB International - a not-for-profit corporation devoted to the promotion and improvement of higher education in business administration and management.

AIESEC

We work with AIESEC (the Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales) - the world's largest student organisation - to host professional development and leadership seminars for current students.

Australian National Business School

The Australian National Business School is a group of six of Australia's leading business schools, including the Griffith Business School. Every year the School hosts a two week Asian Intensive School of Advanced Management program in Penang, Malaysia. This unique program gives students an understanding of global business, with a strong focus on Asia.

Australian and New Zealand School of Government

Through our Department of Politics and Public Policy, we are a foundation partner of the Australian and New Zealand School of Government - a world-class institution which focuses on the needs of the government and community sectors.

Cape York Institute for Policy and Leadership

The Cape York Institute for Policy and Leadership is a partnership between the people of Cape York, Federal and Queensland Governments, and Griffith University. This public policy organisation champions reform in Indigenous economic and social policies.

European Summer School of Advanced Management

This two-week summer school program with a strong European focus provides an international learning experience for MBA graduates (or their equivalents). Students learn to cope with social and cultural differences through multi-cultural group work. We are one of eight business schools from around the world who help to organise this annual program.

European Foundation for Management Development

We are members of this international network for excellence in management development, based in Brussels, Belgium. The Foundation is recognised globally as an accreditation body of quality in management education, and has established accreditation services for business schools and business school programs, corporate universities and technology-enhanced learning programs.

Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative

This unique working partnership of companies, business schools and centres for leadership is committed to the development of globally responsible leaders. We are proud to be members of this initiative, which is sponsored by the European Foundation for Management Development.

Pacific Asian Consortium for International Business Education and Research

We are active in student exchanges and research network building through our Department of International Business and Asian Studies' relationship with this consortium of universities.

Queensland Private Enterprise Centre

This not-for-profit organisation aims to educate young people about the role of enterprise in our society. We provide managerial and administrative support to the Queensland Private Enterprise Centre, and work with them to arrange and host several Business and Teacher Workshops each year.

Accrediting bodies

On completion of their studies, graduates may be eligible for membership with a number of professional organisations (depending upon their choice of award major).

Advisory bodies

  • Alumni Advisory Group - a group of Griffith Business School graduates and key staff who work together to develop our Alumni Network
