Biography
Russell Cox trained England in five star hotels under the instruction of French chefs. His subsequent experience was gained in several restaurants in the position of Head Chef. Russell has also run his own outside catering business.
Russell has studied both in England and Australia at College, TAFE, Private Providers and Griffith University. He completed a Masters of Hospitality Management in 2002. Currently, Russell is a Food and Beverage Instructor for the Department of Tourism, Leisure, Hotel and Sport Management's training restaurant - CJ's at the Link.
