Biography
Barry Fraser has been actively involved in Tourism and Hospitality for the past 16 years. He has worked predominatly in international hotels in various positions including Functions Manager, Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Manager.
Currently, Barry is a Food and Beverage Instructor for the Department's training restaurant - CJ's at the Link. Barry is well qualified with a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management, Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
