Responsibilities
- Department administrative management and support on a day to day basis.
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for the Head of Department on a day to day basis.
- Manage Human Resource support within the Department, including Office of Human Resource Management endorsed recruitment processes for sessional and casual staff.
- Establishing and maintaining, within the Department, Office of Finance and Business Services endorsed financial systems and procedures as well as accessing University-wide systems.
- Manage the flow of information within the Department by coordination and provision of information between Department staff, students and University elements as well as responding to external enquiries.
