The Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources offers programs in people management to enable managers to respond to the current challenges in the global business environment.

People management skills are an essential tool to modern management, as people make the difference between an organisation’s success or failure.

Our graduates possess the necessary skills and abilities to contribute effectively in their chosen field/s of employment relations, industrial relations or human resource management.

The Department works closely with the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing and the Socio-legal Research Centre to develop world-class research relevant to the future of employment relations and workforce management.

Dale Clarke

A graduate of Griffith's Master of Human Resource Management, Dale Clarke is currently Manager of HR Services for the Victorian Government Department of Education and Early Childhood Development's Office of Resources and Infrastructures.
