Celebrating Australian China Scholarship

Join the China Law Network (CLN) of Australia

An Australia-wide CLN was launched at the CSAA 10th Biennial Conference under the auspices of the ARC Asia-Pacific Futures Research Network (APFRN). The CLN aims to promote collaboration, networking, and research on Chinese law, both nationally and internationally.

The founding committee is Mary Farquhar (Director), Sarah Biddulph (Deputy Director), Louise Edwards (convenor of the ARC APFRN), and Susan Trevaskes (post-doctoral and early career researcher).

Network members will be working within the broad field of Chinese law, incorporating black letter law, commercial law and negotiations, law and culture, criminology, justice studies, human rights, international law, and so on.
