National Water Commission

  • $98,000 in 2006 to study the role strata title schemes can play in leading localised water management solutions.

Collaborative Research Centre for Sustainable Tourism

  • $29,341.55 in 2005 for the study 'Distilling effective strata title governance and management models for the provision of tourism accommodation'.
  • $25,000 in 2004 for the study 'Improving long-term sustainability of strata-titled developments in the tourism context'.

Queensland Development Research Institute

  • $32,000 in 2006 for the study 'Strata and Community Title – A tool for achieving better sustainable outcomes of large, environmentally sensitive developments'.
  • $16,000 in 2006 for the study 'An examination of the psychological challenges arising in large scheme body corporate living'.
  • $10,000 in 2006 for the study 'The Potential for Strata and Community Title to provide on-site solutions to Water Management in Large Urban communities'.
