At just 27 years old, Griffith marketing and tourism graduate Bree Kloda (pictured with Professor Michael Powell, Pro Vice Chancellor (Business), Griffith University) is Marketing Manager for the Gold Coast Airport. After winning an RACQ award for study excellence, Bree continued to add many more successes to her credit. In 2008 she was the first recipient of Queensland Tourism’s Young Achiever of the Year award and last year Bree was named Griffith Business School’s Young Outstanding Alumnus of the Year for her work in promoting the tourism industry.
Successful marketing professionals are paid to think differently. Today’s fringe notion is tomorrow’s mainstream idea. Marketers are ‘early adopters’ and they know how to bring their staff, their communities and their clients on board.
Griffith’s marketing degrees will teach you everything you need to know to strategically analyse your market, build brand equity, and engage your target market in an impactful way. The rules of marketing have changed: It’s not about having a competitive advantage, it’s about leveraging it.
