Employment relations
This study area will enable you to develop your understanding of key policy formulation, negotiation and implementation matters relating to the employment relationship in dynamic contexts. It encompasses workplace and institutional practices and strategies, employment law, training and development, equal employment opportunity, negotiation and dispute resolution.
This program integrates current theory and practices within the broad area of people management. Students will have the opportunity to reflect on many organisations and government employment relations strategies, as well as learning more broadly about the diversity of strategies available to all organisations.
