Our university is the leading franchise research and education institution in the Asia-Pacific region. We have been researching franchising for more than a decade, and through our research have formed strong links with the franchise sector.
In 2008 the University launched the Asia-Pacific Centre for Franchising Excellence, to make our franchise research more accessible to the sector.

While studying franchising at Griffith University you’ll hear from franchise professional guest speakers who provide an insider’s perspective of franchising.
You’ll also have the opportunity to build networks with other franchise professionals, and as a franchising student you’re also eligible for discounts to a number of events hosted by the University’s Asia-Pacific Centre for Franchising Excellence. These events provide further opportunities to build your franchise knowledge and industry links.
The Centre’s academics and research are often used to help inform government franchise policy and are widely quoted in the news, government inquiries, franchise sector events and educational resources.

Our franchising education courses and programs have been designed to meet franchise sector needs, are highly interactive and provide practical examples, rather than just delivering theoretical solutions. Our students enjoy the experience so much, many go on to complete further studies within Griffith Business School.
