Accounting, Accountability and Performance aims to raise issues and controversies in the areas of accounting, banking and finance, as well as public sector performance and accountability.
The Journal provides a forum for the publication of high quality, original and substantial accounting research papers. The Co-editors encourage authors to submit manuscripts of international standard that show originality, demonstrate quality of exposition and advance the academic and professional understanding of accounting theory and practice.

Best Paper Award
The Journal announces a Biennial Best Paper Award with a cash prize of A$500. The award winning paper will be elected from manuscripts published in the Accounting, Accountability & Performance journal from (and including) Volume 16 onwards.
No Submission Fee
The editors are also pleased to proclaim that no submission fees are required for any future manuscript submissions to the Journal.
Online Availability
The editors are pleased to announce that the Journal is now available online through EBSCO Information Services. This is in addition to its availability via ProQuest and Informit - RMIT Publishing.
