Josephine Ulrick Prizes

Amongst the richest poetry and short story prizes in the world, the Josephine Ulrick prizes in 2011 are worth $40,000 in prize money.

Griffith University's School of Humanities on the Gold Coast administers the Josephine Ulrick Literature Prize and the Josephine Ulrick Poetry Prize on behalf of the Josephine Ulrick and Win Schubert Foundation for the Arts.

First Prize:  $10,000

Second Prize:  $5,000

Commended: 2 prizes each at $2,500
