Journalism and mass communication

Griffith's journalism courses are designed to equip students with the broad knowledge and practical expertise required to get your foot in the door of the media industry.

You will receive a solid grounding in basic journalistic skills such as writing, interviewing, politics, law and investigative research before specialising in one or two formats (print, radio, television or online).

There is the opportunity get shorthand qualifications that make you stand out in the job market and in third year you will also undertake work experience.
