Future students
The Faculty of Arts attracts students from all over Australia and the world. The Faculty offers a diverse range of innovative programs in the creative arts, languages, humanities and social sciences. All students acquire core skills that make them confident and effective communicators in diverse settings. Courses in the Faculty of Arts expose students to workplace-based learning with readily identifiable vocational outcomes.
A number of pathways can be taken through degree programs.
The programs available include entrance certificates, undergraduate programs, honours and masters degrees and Research Higher Degrees. Students enrolled in other university programs can undertake Faculty of Arts courses as elective options.
Students undertaking majors and advanced course may have the opportunity to benefit from industry experience and internships. They may also enrol in further study as a way of putting skills gained by the Griffith Graduate into practice by enrolling in the Honours, Masters or Research Higher Degree programs.
At Griffith, student engagement is a key teaching and learning objective. In the Faculty of Arts this is demonstrated in the interaction between students, academics and the Faculty community to achieve quality learning and professional outcomes.
