Some special conditions apply to mid-year admissions for certain undergraduate programs and these conditions are explained in the prerequisite information next to the program in the above lists. These conditions apply for mid-year admissions only and do not apply for end-of-year admissions.
Important dates for the mid-year offer round in 2012
Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre
From 1 August 2011, you can lodge one QTAC application for a degree program starting in any of the following semesters:
- Summer Semester 2011/2012
- Semester 1/2012
- Semester 2/2012
Each degree program will have a specific start month listed on the QTAC website (via the course search).
The key dates for the 2012 mid-year QTAC offer rounds are as follows:
- 3 May - offer round
- 25 May - due date to apply or submit documents for 7 June offer round
- 7 June - offer round
- 8 June - due date to apply or submit documents for 21 June off round
- 21 June - offer round

Universities Admissions Centre
The key dates for the 2012 mid-year UAC offer round are as follows:
- 4 April 2012 - mid-year applications open
- 7 June 2012 - early offer round
- 8 June 2012 - mid-year applications close
- 15 June 2012 - change of preferences close
- 22 June 2012 - offers released on the UAC website.
