If you wish to take an individual course to upgrade or expand your knowledge without committing yourself to an entire degree, then you may seek admission as a miscellaneous student.
Applications must include details of educational achievement together with certified documentation. You must state precisely the course to which admission is being sought.
A miscellaneous student is admitted to undertake a particular course or courses and is required to re-apply for additional courses in subsequent semesters. Information on application procedures and available courses may be obtained from the Certificate programs site.
You are required to pay the miscellaneous student fee. Fee information can be obtained from the Tuition fees and charges site.
In some circumstances, if you are subsequently admitted to a program you may apply for your miscellaneous study to be given credit towards that program.
