The George Alexander Foundation Scholarship has assisted me greatly in many ways. In particular not having the added stress to worry about having to find the money to pay the rent is the main reason I have found it significantly easier to concentrate on my studies. As a result, the scholarship has also provided me with the convenience of living on campus with ready access to all University facilities. Attending Griffith University has always been a dream of mine and being granted the GAF scholarship has enabled me to be able to follow that dream without the worry of finding and affording accommodation in a big city like Brisbane.” - Roslyn Rowen
