2012 Rental Costs
All prices are in Australian dollars. All costs include an internal telephone, electricity, hot water, and the use of washing machines and dryers. Rates apply from 1 January 2012.
Catered Colleges

- $314.00 per person per week, 36 week contract.

- Catered ensuite rooms $330.00. Limited availability.
- Catered double rooms $330.00. Limited availability.
Three meals a day, seven days a week are included in the above price.

The current package is $314 and is broken up into 2 parts: 1. Rent $148.00 2. Catering $166.00.

4 Bedroom: $145 per person per week
5 Bedroom: $145 per person per week

8 Bedroom: $137 per person per week
Capital and Development Fee
In 2012 all College members are required to pay a non-refundable capital and development fee of $220 (gst inc) for a 36 and 39 week contract. Semester 2, 18 week contract non-refundable capital and development fee of $110 (gst inc).
Discounts and deals
Gym memberships
All college members will be able to buy discounted gym memberships. As a College member, if you purchase a 9 month Premium Membership which gives you full access to gym facilities at both Nathan and Mt Gravatt campuses, access to the new Aquatic Centre at Mt Gravatt and Mt Gravatt Tennis Centre Loyalty Card you will only pay $399. Normal cost would be $588, so as a College member there is a saving of $189.
