Indigenous employment strategy
The Indigenous Employment Strategy has been developed to obtain equitable employment and career development opportunities for Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people at Griffith University.
The overall aim of the strategy is to develop opportunities for Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to
- improve access to continuing employment
- improve participation in a wide range of work areas
- improve representation at all levels of employment, and
- provide career development opportunities.
The Indigenous Employment Strategy (PDF 152k) has been reviewed and endorsed by the University's Executive.
